We couldn't be happier to bring back #BeerRelease Thursday with All Together IPA, a worldwide #collaBEERation with Other Half Brewing Company (Brooklyn, NY) to support hospitality professionals who have been hit hard by restaurant closures due to COVID-19.
We brewed ours pretty darn close to Other Half's recipe (that, at last count, over 800 breweries from 52 countries and all 50 states have brewed!), other than using Bravo (instead of Columbus for the bittering hop) and upping the Simco a bit on the dry-hop. The result pours a hazy yellow with a rocky white head and boasts intense pineapple, guava, and citrus aromas. Tropical fruit dominates the palate as well with a bright grapefruit finish. Deceptively easy drinking and full of all the good stuff!
Starting Thursday (5/28), 12-oz. 6-packs of All Together IPA will be available for purchase for $15 with a portion of the proceeds going to the Serving NM Fund, which supports NM restaurant workers.
